About Me
Hi, I'm Shane. I'm a recent graduate of Monash University, with a Masters of Urban Planning and Design, minoring in transport planning, and a Bachelor of Architectural Design, minoring in civil engineering.
Throughout my studies, I have developed a large set of skills, both technical and creative, that have allowed me to create a cohesive art style. I primarily use Adobe Illustrator, and ink and paper; though I have also specialised in using Rhino in conjunction with Python scripting, and ArcGIS and Excel for complex spatial analysis.
I hope you enjoy the selection of works seen below, and feel free to contact me if you want to see more!
Masters of Urban Planning and Design
These are some works that I completed through design studios through my Masters of Urban Planning and Design at Monash University. They cover topics from pre-emptively designing solutions to the decline of tourism in coastal towns, the relationship between biodiversity and green infrastructure, and ways to revitalise the local economy in regards to COVID-19.
This was once a tourist town. was featured on the Monash University website, and can be seen in more detail here.
Bachelor of Architectural Design
These are some works that I completed throughout several design studios during my Bachelor of Architectural Design at Monash University. Throughout my studies, I covered a wide variety of topics and developed skills in many different rendering styles.
Traditional and Digital Art
These are a series of personal art projects that I've done over the past several years. Some are just for a creative outlet, some are to practice my skills, and some are for larger projects which may or may not come to fruition. I like to use a variety of mediums, but primarily digital vector art, "chunky" pixel art, and ink drawings.
